About this event

In partnership with the In-house Competition Lawyers’ Association (UK), the CMA invites you to join Sorcha O’Carroll (Senior Director, Mergers) and others from the CMA for an informative discussion on UK merger control, including measures the CMA is taking to drive growth, investment, and business confidence.

As part of its commitment to engage more directly with businesses and investors, the CMA would also like to hear directly from in-house lawyers on their views or experiences of the UK mergers regime.

You should attend if you are in-house and looking to understand better:
  • recent enforcement trends in UK merger control
  • how we're putting our 4Ps (pace, proportionality, predictability and process) into practice
  • how businesses can engage with the CMA
  • what in-house lawyers can do to support effective engagement

Who should attend

This event is only for in-house competition lawyers and other in-house legal or regulatory teams.
