About this event

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) investigates the impact of mergers on competition in the UK. As part of its commitment to engage more directly with businesses and investors, the CMA would also like to hear your views or experiences of the UK mergers regime.

You should attend if you are looking to better understand:

  • what sorts of deals the CMA investigates and why
  • what tech businesses can expect from a merger review process

  • steps the CMA is taking to drive growth, investment, and business confidence in the UK

There will also be an opportunity to network with and feedback informally to senior CMA staff.
In partnership with techUK and Startup Coalition.
