About this call for evidence
We are seeking views on how we can balance different types of remedies and ensure an efficient process – improving pace, predictability, proportionality and process (also known as the ‘4Ps’).
We want our approach to merger remedies to embody the 4Ps, so we’re launching this review.
We want to hear from you
We're seeking your input on:
- the CMA’s approach to remedies
- preserving pro-competitive merger efficiencies and merger benefits
- running an efficient remedies process
We want to hear from from all interested parties, and encourage you to reference your experience of previous CMA cases. We also welcome evidence from experience of merger remedies approaches in other jurisdictions.
The CMA will run a webinar on 19 March to provide more information about the review and how you can take part.
During this call for evidence, we will also run outreach and roundtable sessions to get your input.
