The CMA is consulting on a package of 6 draft updated mergers guidance documents.

The 6 draft guidance documents have been updated to reflect current practice, and the jurisdictional and procedural changes introduced by the Digital Markets Competition and Consumer Act on the mergers regime. A summary of the relevant changes is included in the consultation document.
